1 What our service is

Nidari Nutrition is a nutrition education and wellness-coaching service operated by Innovative Solutions IT. We provide general information about food, eating patterns, and culturally familiar (including South Asian and halal) ways of eating, and we offer coaching, educational meal guidance and "diets," informational tools, an interactive Diet Atlas, and optional introductory calls and check-ins with a nutrition professional.

Our purpose is to inform, educate, and support healthy habits. The information and guidance we provide is general and educational in nature, even where it is tailored to the preferences, goals, and circumstances you share with us.

2 What our service is not

Nidari Nutrition does not provide, and nothing on our website, in our communications, or in any guidance, plan, or "diet" should be interpreted as:

Using our website or service does not create a doctor–patient relationship, a licensed dietitian–client relationship, or any other licensed-healthcare-provider relationship between you and Nidari Nutrition or any of our personnel.

3 About our nutrition professionals

Our nutrition professionals hold nutrition education and credentials obtained [outside the United States, primarily in Pakistan]. They are knowledgeable and qualified to provide general nutrition education and coaching.

Please understand

Our personnel are not licensed or registered as dietitians or nutritionists in the United States or in any U.S. state, and they do not practice as licensed healthcare providers. Credentials such as "DN" or others shown on our website refer to [international qualifications] and should not be read as U.S. licensure or as authorization to provide medical nutrition therapy.

Where a credential, title, or designation appears, it is provided for transparency about a person's training and is not a representation of U.S. state licensure. If and when we offer services through a provider who is licensed in your U.S. state, we will tell you clearly and provide additional clinical consent documents at that time.

4 Always consult your own clinician

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified, licensed healthcare provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, your diet, your medications, or your health goals. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or were told through Nidari Nutrition.

You should speak with your clinician before starting, changing, or stopping any eating pattern, fast, supplement, exercise routine, or other change suggested by or discussed with us — especially if you have any medical condition, take any medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

5 High-risk conditions & safety

Some people should only make dietary changes under the direct supervision of their treating clinician. If any of the following apply to you, please involve your doctor before acting on anything from Nidari Nutrition, and tell us so we can keep our guidance general and appropriate:

Fasting & Ramadan

Guidance related to intermittent fasting or fasting during Ramadan is general and educational. Fasting is not safe for everyone. If you are pregnant, diabetic, take regular medication, or have any medical condition, consult your physician (and, where relevant, a knowledgeable religious authority) before fasting.

6 Emergencies

Nidari Nutrition is not for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, are in crisis, or are having thoughts of harming yourself, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. Do not rely on our website or any communication channel for urgent help.

7 No guarantee of results

Nutrition and health outcomes depend on many factors that are individual to you and outside our control. We do not promise or guarantee any particular result — including weight change, changes in blood sugar, hormones, energy, or any health marker. Any examples, testimonials, or stories we share are individual experiences and are not a promise that you will achieve the same outcome. Your results are your own, and your reliance on our guidance is at your own discretion and risk.

8 Educational content & the Diet Atlas

Our articles, diet pages, the Diet Atlas, recipes, and similar materials are provided for general educational reference only. They describe eating patterns and the general state of nutrition knowledge; they are not personalized prescriptions and may not be appropriate for your individual situation. Nutrition science evolves, and we may simplify complex topics. Where we describe research, we do our best to be accurate and honest, including noting where evidence is limited or mixed.

9 Halal & religious dietary guidance

Because many of the people we serve observe halal and other faith-based dietary practices, some of our content references these practices. Any such references are offered as cultural and dietary information, not religious rulings. Nidari Nutrition does not issue fatwa or religious determinations. For questions about religious obligations — including fasting, permissibility of foods or supplements, or exemptions for health reasons — please consult a qualified scholar or your own religious authority.

10 Assumption of risk

Changing how you eat carries inherent risks. By using Nidari Nutrition, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to use general educational and wellness-coaching information, that you are responsible for your own health decisions, and that you assume the risks of acting on that information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Innovative Solutions IT (d/b/a Nidari Nutrition) and its owners, personnel, and nutrition professionals from liability arising out of your use of, or reliance on, our service. This section works together with the disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.

11 Third-party content

We may reference or link to third-party websites, studies, products, apps, or professionals. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services, and a reference is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with a third party are between you and that third party.
