Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Innovative Solutions IT (doing business as Nidari Nutrition) collects, how we use and share it, where it is processed, and the choices and rights you have. Because we serve people's health and dietary needs, we collect sensitive information and treat it with care.
1. We collect health information. To give you nutrition guidance, we collect things like your goals, body measurements, health conditions, and dietary and religious dietary practices. 2. Your information is processed internationally. Our nutrition professionals and staff are located in [Pakistan], so your information — including health information — is accessed and processed there. By using the Service, you consent to this. See Sections 4 and 7.

1 Scope
This policy applies to information we collect through our website, tools, communications (including email, SMS, and WhatsApp), introductory calls, and coaching. The data controller is Innovative Solutions IT (d/b/a Nidari Nutrition), Houston, Texas. Specific health-data rights are also covered in our Consumer Health Data Policy, and our cookie practices in our Cookie Policy.

We collect this information directly from you, automatically as you use the website, and from service providers such as our scheduling, payment, and messaging tools.
3 Health & sensitive data
Some of the information above is sensitive — in particular, health information and information about your religious dietary practices. We collect it only to provide and personalize your nutrition guidance, and only what you choose to share. We ask that you not send us sensitive information through insecure channels (ordinary email, SMS, or WhatsApp) and that you share only what is necessary. Where required, we rely on your consent to process this information, which you may withdraw (see Section 10).
Because we provide wellness education and coaching rather than licensed healthcare, we are generally not a "covered entity" under HIPAA, and HIPAA protections generally do not apply to your information with us. We still handle your health information carefully and in line with this policy and our Consumer Health Data Policy.
4 How we use information
- Provide, personalize, and improve our nutrition education, coaching, diets, and tools.
- Schedule and conduct your intro call and check-ins, and communicate with you (including by WhatsApp/email/SMS).
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle refunds.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse, and operate our website.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms.
- With your separate consent, send marketing or educational updates (you can opt out anytime).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health or religious dietary data for targeted advertising.
5 Our basis for processing
Depending on your location, we process information based on: your consent (especially for health and religious dietary data and marketing); performance of our agreement with you (to deliver the Service); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service; and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time, which will not affect processing already carried out.
7 International processing — Pakistan
Nidari Nutrition operates from the United States, but our nutrition professionals and support team are located in [Pakistan]. This means your information — including your health and dietary information — is transferred to, accessed from, stored, and processed in [Pakistan] and the United States.
Pakistan and other countries where data may be processed may not provide the same level of data-protection rights as your home jurisdiction, and their laws and government authorities may differ. We require our personnel and providers to keep your information confidential and to use it only to serve you. By using the Service and sharing your information, you acknowledge and consent to this international transfer and processing. If you do not consent, please do not submit your information or use the Service.
8 How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution needs, after which we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 10).
9 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, such as access controls and limiting who can see your records. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Importantly, email, SMS, and WhatsApp are not secure channels — please avoid sending sensitive health details through them and use the methods we designate for that purpose.
10 Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access a copy of your information; correct it; delete it; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us at [privacy@nidarinutrition.com]. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. Specific health-data rights are described in our Consumer Health Data Policy.
11 California & other state rights
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. Residents of other states with privacy laws (for example, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and others) have similar rights. To exercise any of these, contact us at [privacy@nidarinutrition.com]; you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
13 Children
The Service is for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
14 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will post the new version with an updated date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
