Coaching & Educational Services Agreement
This is the agreement and consent you accept before any guidance begins. It is written to be read — please go through it. It works together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Medical & Wellness Disclaimer, which are part of this agreement.
You're signing up for nutrition education and wellness coaching — not medical care. Your guidance comes from nutrition professionals who are not licensed dietitians in the U.S. You'll keep your own doctor in the loop, your information will be handled by our team in [Pakistan], and results aren't guaranteed.
1 Your acknowledgments & consent
By checking the box at sign-up (or otherwise accepting), you confirm that you have read and understood, and you agree, that:
- Education & coaching, not medical care. Nidari Nutrition provides general nutrition education and wellness coaching for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, medical care, or medical nutrition therapy, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or "reverse" any disease or condition.
- Provider status. The nutrition professionals serving me are not licensed dietitians or healthcare providers in the United States or my state, and no doctor–patient or licensed-provider relationship is created.
- I'll involve my own clinician. I will consult my physician or qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes, and I will not disregard or delay medical advice because of this service. I am responsible for my own health decisions.
- I've disclosed what matters. I have told Nidari Nutrition about relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, and circumstances (including pregnancy, diabetes, or any eating-disorder history), and I understand guidance is based on the accuracy of what I share.
- High-risk conditions. If I have a condition that requires medical supervision (see the Health & Safety Notice), I confirm I am under appropriate care and will not change medications (including insulin) based on this service.
- No guaranteed results. I understand outcomes vary and no specific result is promised.
- Communications. I consent to be contacted by email, SMS, and WhatsApp, and I understand these channels are not secure and should not be used for sensitive health details or emergencies.
- International data processing. I consent to my information — including my health and dietary information — being transferred to and processed by Nidari Nutrition's team in [Pakistan], which may not offer the same data-protection rights as my home jurisdiction (see the Privacy Policy).
- Sensitive data consent. I consent to Nidari Nutrition collecting and processing my health information and information about my religious and cultural dietary practices to provide my guidance.
- Assumption of risk & release. I voluntarily choose to use this service, I assume the risks of acting on general nutrition information, and I agree to the disclaimers, release, and limitation of liability in the Disclaimer and Terms.
- Eligibility. I am at least 18 years old and able to enter this agreement.
2 Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent or stop using the service at any time by contacting us at [hello@nidarinutrition.com]. Withdrawal won't affect anything already done, and some information may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. If you withdraw consent to essential processing or international transfer, we may no longer be able to provide the service.
3 Electronic acceptance
By checking the acknowledgment box and/or clicking to accept, you agree that this is your electronic signature, legally equivalent to a handwritten one, and that you intend to be bound by this agreement and the policies it incorporates. We recommend you save or print a copy for your records.
At sign-up, present this as a required checkbox (unchecked by default) with the text: "I have read and agree to the Coaching & Educational Services Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Medical & Wellness Disclaimer." Store a timestamped record of acceptance with the version accepted.
